Josh Bright is a people and culture specialist, leadership facilitator, and founder of Bright Ideas Strategic Consulting. With over 15 years’ experience across hospitality, retail, and high-growth businesses, he partners with leaders to build high-performing teams, strong cultures, and commercially successful organisations.

His background spans senior operations, HR and people strategy, and large-scale transformation, including complex openings, restructures, and culture programmes for multi-site and premium brands. CIPD Level 7 qualified, a Master NLP practitioner, and certified psychometric practitioner, Josh combines operational credibility with organisational psychology.

Known for his practical, human approach, he designs engaging workshops that drive real behaviour change, helping leaders build trust, communicate clearly, and lead with confidence.

Livvy is an experienced Learning and Development professional who blends psychological insight with practical, human-centred approaches to help individuals and organisations unlock their potential. With over a decade’s experience designing and delivering learning that makes a real difference, she partners with leaders, teams and organisations to cultivate self-awareness, resilience and emotionally intelligent leadership that supports the future of work.

Livvy’s career spans strategic L&D consultancy, leadership development and behaviour change, working with diverse teams across a range of sectors and international environments. Her work is rooted in values-led practice, adult learning principles and inclusive facilitation, creating reflective and engaging learning experiences that enable participants to connect authentically and apply practical tools with confidence.

Clare Sheridan

Clare is a dedicated Learning and Development professional with a strong background in the hospitality industry, having worked with prestigious hotels across London and Europe after beginning her career in Singapore. Drawing on this international experience, she now runs her own consultancy, partnering with organisations to deliver tailored training, coaching, and strategic development solutions aligned with business objectives.

With significant expertise in the design, development, and delivery of impactful learning interventions, Clare supports both individual and team growth. She is a Senior Coaching Practitioner accredited by EMCC and a certified Insights Discovery practitioner. In addition, she is licensed to facilitate a range of programmes from People 1st International, including Train the Trainer, Introduction to Coaching, and Management 1st.  Her approach is engaging and professional, blending energy and warmth whilst creating environments where participants feel comfortably challenged, energised and able to connect learning to real-world application

Della Fanning is a Learning & Development and HR Consultant with over 20 years’ leadership experience in hospitality. She has led strategic people planning for multiple hotel openings and specialised in talent development within luxury brands. Her work spans employee engagement, cultural change, and the design of learning programmes that strengthen performance and profitability.

Della now partners with individuals and organisations to create engaging, high-performing cultures through impactful training and coaching. Her approach is collaborative, flexible, and pragmatic. A qualified coach through The OCM (EMCC accredited), she creates space for reflection, clarity, and growth. Her coaching supports personal and professional goals, builds accountability and confidence, and delivers sustainable leadership development, with sessions typically spaced four weeks apart.

Adele C Oxberry FCFE FLPI MIoD

CEO & FOUNDER | ADVOCATE FOR DIVERSITY| Business and Executive Coaching |Finance for Non-Financial Professionals | Business start-up essentials

Adele Oxberry is CEO and Founder of Evolve, with over 30 years of leadership in hospitality apprenticeships. She began her career at 14 in housekeeping, later leading front office and housekeeping teams in five-star hotels, and then trained more than 500 apprentices as an NVQ assessor and helped establish a national training provider. Adele champions inclusive talent development, driving innovative employer partnerships and digital attraction strategies recognised across the sector. A Board Member and Advisor to Be Inclusive Hospitality, she advocates for diversity, Women in Leadership, prisoner apprenticeship pathways, and support for individuals with special educational needs to build a stronger, more representative hospitality workforce.

Sam Coulstock FIH FIEP

Hospitality Training Leader | Growth & Partnerships

Sam Coulstock is an award-winning hospitality and training leader with a 30-year career across hospitality, education, charity, and professional development. He is Executive Director of Growth & Partnerships at Umbrella Training, leading strategic expansion and industry collaboration across apprenticeship and commercial programmes.

Starting as an apprentice chef at 16, Sam progressed to senior operational roles before spending 13 years with The Springboard Charity and serving as Head of Professional Development at the Institute of Hospitality.

He is Founder and CEO of Inspired Community Group CIC and a Fellow of both the Institute of Hospitality and the Institute of Employability Professionals, championing lifelong learning and sector development.
